Where has the time gone?! Today, 2/11/17, marks our three year liver transplant anniversary. Although at times it seems like a lifetime ago, in reality it really hasn’t been that long since we were anxiously waiting in pre-op, excited to embark on the next chapter of our lives. The gratitude we feel today is due to the love and support we continue to be surrounded by, and we thought today would be a great opportunity to share some updates with you.
This past weekend we were fortunate enough to be part of an incredible event, the Save Jon Game Changer Gala at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, PA. We humbly shared the room with inspiring and influential individuals supporting the quest for a cure for primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), including football legend, “Coach” Mike Ditka, and documentary filmmaker, James Redford.
